I received my PhD degree from University of California Riverside in 2012, then moved to University of Washington for a Postdoc training. I joined Prof. Ramanathan’s group since June 2015. My previous research was focused on energy related areas, including oxides for photocatalysis, and perovskite solar cells.

My current research is focusing on synthesis and electrical properties of oxides. Through developing a series of synthesis and characterization techniques, unique oxide phases at extreme conditions will be achieved and deeply explored. These materials showing novel electronic properties will be studied in devices.
