Post Doctoral Fellow

Bio

After receiving my PhD degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2017, I joined Prof. Ramanathan’s group in early 2018 as a postdoctoral research fellow. My PhD research was focused on growth of metal to insulator transition thin films and perovskite functional oxide thin films. I also characterized and tuned the electrical and optical properties of these films.
Research:

My current research aims to study the chemical doping induced metal to insulator transitions in strongly correlated oxides. Also, the interesting phenomenon will be applied to various challenges where sensitive electrical and optical responses to external stimulus are required.
