Post Doctoral Fellow
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University since Nov 2014. I received my PhD degree in Physics from Indian Institute of Science in 2014. My research was focused on electrical transport measurements on two dimensional semiconductors and superconductors, particularly using electrical fluctuations (flicker/shot noise) to probe phase transitions in 2D.
My current research focuses on understanding the mechanisms leading to metal-insulator transition in correlated oxides using transport measurements. The main goal is to use a local scanning probe to understand the switching behaviour from metal to insulator at nanoscale.
