Sandip Mondal

I received Integrated PhD degree (MS and PhD, 2018) from Physics, IISc, Bengaluru, India. During PhD, I have explored the area of nano-electronics, especially towards the fabrication of nano-electronic devices and characterization of different oxide/dielectric material for flexible electronics and defect studies. Subsequently, I worked as Device Research Engineer (Scientist) in SanDisk, a Western Digital brand for more than 1.5 years where I developed high performance 3D-NAND memory devices.

My current research is focused on fabrication and characterization of strongly correlated oxide based nano-devices and their phase transition in different condition to emulate non-associative learning behavior of living organisms.
