I received my Ph.D. degree in ECE from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2020. After serving as a research associate in the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Displays and Optoelectronics Technologies for about 1.5 years, I joined Prof. Ramanathan’s group as a postdoctoral research fellow in 2021. My previous research was focused on metal oxide thin-film electronics for information displays and sensor interfaces, and shadow mask technologies for ultra-high-resolution OLED displays.
My current research is mainly on the fabrication and characterization of oxide electronic/ionic devices and circuits for neuromorphic computing. Additional efforts are placed on strongly correlated oxides materials and devices on semiconductor platforms.
