Bio

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Harvard University. I received my B.S. degree in Applied Physics from Nankai University in 2009, and PhD degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Boston University in 2013. My research was focused on design, fabrication, and electrochemical characterization of solid oxide electrolysis cells and solid oxide fuel cells.

Research

My current research is focused on the electrochemical characterization of ultra-thin solid oxide fuel cells with novel anodes. The goal is to understand the underlying mechanisms using various electrochemical techniques, and improve the energy density and prolong the battery-like response of the fuel cell devices.
