Bio:
My name is Shane Wijesinghe and I’m currently a graduate student doing an M.S. in the electrical and computer engineering department. My main interests are in semiconductor engineering and technology. I graduated with my B.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Rutgers University in 2025.

Research:My research is based on the physical and electrical properties of materials that go through a Metal-Insulator phase transition (MIT).
