Shriram Ramanathan

ramanathan_thI am a professor (materials, electrical and computer engineering) at Purdue University. Previously, I served on the applied physics faculty for nearly a decade at Harvard University and prior to that was a member of the research staff at Components Research, Intel for over three years. My current research is centered around materials discovery for ancestral and haptic intelligence and mechanisms to design structural and electronic plasticity in adaptive electromagnetic materials. I am particularly interested in exploring connections between evolutionary biology and adaptive matter.
